HOTEL ON LEASE IN GOA LONAVALA

Per our conversation earlier, we at Life Holidays, are looking for a well maintained hotel with certain amenities to take on lease for a 3 -5 year period in Goa, markets. We plan on branding the hotel with our name and using a lot of marketing. TV, AC in every room would be nice.  A swimming pool and a fully functional Kitchen would be an added plus. We are not looking for rundown hotels which require a lot of maintenance to get back in shape. If the property was built in the last 5-10 years, that would also be great. The size of the hotel can range for anywhere between 10 – 40 rooms. Ideal size would be 20-30 rooms.
